The staff were amazing and super polite, making our check-in stress-free, while being just a short walk away from the beautiful Harbor Park and delicious local eateries like G's Pizzeria made our stay even more enjoyable despite the flies buzzing around us while we were eating breakfast.

I had a delightful stay enjoying the beautiful beach area and the vibrant ambiance at the on-site bar, which elevated my experience. While there were some minor inconveniences like a slightly uncomfortable bed, the lively atmosphere more than made up for it. I would definitely return!

tawas bay beach resort & conference center is a lovely spot. we loved the beachfront location, making it easy to walk to barnacle bill's for meals. the view from the room was great, and the beach area was pleasant to relax by. the service at the restaurant was friendly, and the portions were huge!

With some rooms previously smelling like smoke, this definitely detracts from the experience. No spot to rinse off sand before heading inside makes the sandy feel inevitable. Additionally, the pool area tends to be crowded with kids screaming, so if you're looking for a quieter experience, plan accordingly, as there's no adult time set aside after hours. Plus, the lack of housekeeping during stays made it tricky to keep things tidy.
